It is essential to take care of your inner and physical space, especially the place where you live and work. Assess whether there is enough space and whether the objects you have take up too much. Energetically, places crammed with things don’t circulate energy, so first dedicate yourself to letting go of what is extra and doesn’t serve you.

Cleaner, more airy spaces get a lot more energy and vitality flowing, so tend toward essentiality and order rather than overflow and to clutter. When you have too many things and badly put together, it is also not easy to find what you need. Space must be honored, not filled. The more space left empty, the more space you offer to the new! The more you fill, the more you close yourself off from receiving. That is why a well-maintained space that is not too crammed is important.Give away, sell or throw away, the important thing is to free up space to let it breathe. A room or house full of objects cannot breathe. You will feel the benefit physically as well as energetically. When you have lightened your space, look at it and feel how you would like to arrange your things.

Create harmony through colors and shapes, try arranging things one way, and if you don’t feel they fit, move them around. Do some tests to feel how you feel about your objects. Objects also have energy therefore it is not the same thing to arrange them one way or another. Enjoy changing their place regularly-it helps you keep the space clean and moving.

Get rid of objects that you don’t like and that you don’t feel align with your energy. If you have been given something that is not for you, think of those who might benefit from it instead and give it away in turn. It’s a great way to put a dormant energy back into circulation that someone else will be able to appreciate much more than you do.

Choose images you like to create a billboard of your vision and place it in a spot that is highly visible to you. If you love a particular object highlight it, don’t leave it hidden in a drawer. There is no set place for your objects, you give it to them: feel what works for you. I love gemstones and always have some in different places: on my desk, in the bathroom, in my room, everywhere, because I like to pause and look at them often. Along the way I hang posters drawn by me or of pictures I like. I really love to be surrounded by colors so I also have a colorful calendar, color pencils and pens next to my notebooks. Essential oils are also everywhere because I love their vibration and scent. Next to my bed I usually have symbols, a beautiful pink salt lamp and natural essences that I love for the purity they give me.

Choose objects that elevate your vibrations, colorful things are indicated to create cheerfulness while neutral ones to create lightness and purity.

The space around you is as alive as you are, help feed it with good thoughts so it will reflect them back to you. It makes a lot of difference to live and work in a harmonious environment in which you feel comfortable and invigorated, compared to an anonymous, colorless space.

You are the one who brings vitality to the place you inhabit: dress it up with golden thoughts and bright dreams so that it reflects back to you this beautiful energy of prosperity. You are here to create and the spaces you transit are among your priorities: that’s where you sleep, live, study, work and meditate. Clothe these places with crystalline energy and it will be the same energy that will come back to you to manifest the dreams of light that you cultivate in those same spaces.

Appreciation is one of the pillars of ‘Shine your Rainbow Light’ method and what can most quickly put us back into alignment, when we seem to be losing ground because we feel pulled to one side or the other and doubts, expectations & duties play their part. In the long run, however, this way of living can reveal its negative sides to us through frustration, nervousness, dissatisfaction or even more pronounced physical or psychological discomfort.

One simple thing that can anchor us back to ourselves, taking a breath of fresh air is the daily practice of appreciation. Appreciation means directing pleasant and loving thoughts and emotions towards anything: nature, people, animal, situation, place …

Appreciation can be applied to practically anything and in a few moments transforms our state of mind, because when we appreciate, we cannot at the same time dislike or complain about something: they are opposite vibrations.

A few minutes a day of appreciation helps us find our ground and feel in flow again. We often appreciate without realising it, but if we start to notice it, we can consciously use it even when we need it the most.

We can start from the smallest things, for example when we are in bed, we can express thoughts-emotions of appreciation for the warm duvet, the sheets that wrap us, the softness of the pillow, the comfort… And feel here and now how these small and important details offer us wellbeing, giving us very pleasant sensations. When it rains we can appreciate this gift from the sky that bathes all the plants, the trees, giving them nourishment.

We can appreciate what we wear, eat, do, the words we say to someone, the music we listen to, the tasks we do today because they make tomorrow’s work easier … In any situation, we can always find something to appreciate, it is simply an attitude to develop, especially if we have not been educated to be grateful. But it is above all a matter of practice: we can become more and more appreciative.

In order to appreciate, we can identify something beautiful and harmonious because even though it may seem that there is nothing to appreciate, it is a matter of practice, to become more and more adept at directing our focus towards what is already good and gives us some relief.

Hi, I am Helen Star, inspirational author, Soul evolution guide & trained psychologist. I opened my practice as holistic psychologist in 2005 for 8+ years, serving thousands of clients from Tuscany. My clientele grew organically with word of mouth as they resolved their issues around self-esteem, relationships, anxiety, depression, insomnia & other disorders in a short time. Many of them came from years of therapy and they were so relieved that my body-mind-soul approach was such a success. At the time I only worked in person 1-1 and led Core Energetics (my specialization) groups on Body-Soul Connection, Self-Esteem and Empowerment. I named my first website “Anima & Psiche” – Soul & Psyche – and I’ve always been aligned to the Shamanic way, though I opted for Psychology and studied Shamanism and other Lightworker’s training aside University. I also voluntereed at a cancer prevention centre and worked with children in schools assessing their psychological projective tests like the tree drawing among others. Parents and teachers were amazed by the richness and depth of information I received from the kid’s drawings and the solutions I offered, as I tapped into my intuition. Later on, I activated again this talent of mine connected to colour and inner reading through the creative process “Tale of Light and Spiral of Colours”.

In 2003 I met in Taos, New Mexico (USA) Dr. Krishna Madappa, scientist, inventor and holistic consultant who became my mentor, also on the GDV device, which I included in my practice to offer energetic diagnosis: very accurate and to the point. I met the GDV inventor Dr. Konstantin Koroktov in Saint Petersburg at their international annual congress “Science, Information, Spirit”. Krishna’s 30 years of water research led him to invent the quantum technology Jiva Water to bring life and light back to water. My heart longed for a meaningful and authentic relationship where I could fully express myself and I prepared the space to attract and meet my soulmate. In 2009 I got married to Lorenzo with a ceremony in nature designed by us and travelled to Australia for a long honeymoon. The trip was an initiation and Uluru (Ayers Rocks) and other sacred lands Down Under whispered to my Soul and the following expansion was inevitable.

Upon my return, I moved to San Gimignano’s countryside where I wrote my first book “Spiral of Emotions” while Lorenzo wrote his first one “Inspiration.” Then the 2nd, the 3rd, the 4th and so on followed, while moving in a spiral that led us living in several countries from the UK, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, France and Greece, which activated our Gifts and Soul Path.

In 2017 I tapped into my Quantum Powers and they helped me to face one of the most difficult transition in my life. In 2019 I embraced my multidimensional being as I become more aware of my stellar origins and dived into why I am here: to co-create Paradise for the kids & adults of the New Earth. In 2021 a significant health challenge made me go deeper within to tap into my self-love and creativity to heal from the inside out. This self-healing process gave birth to my signature book “Rainbow Goddess”.

Then I said my sacred “Yes” to commit illustrating – and writing a few episodes – of the inspirational children’s book series “The Travels of Palloncino” which Lorenzo received and started writing in 2011 in green, peaceful Umbria. The series consists of 42 books in Italian and 42 books in English: a wonderful Gift from Heaven.

The foundation is “Rainbow Light School” which is the title of our innovative education book dedicated to parents, teachers and ambassadors of the New Earth; and also the name of our Centre for Soul Evolution and Leading-edge Education.

I have been blessed with the Gifts of Wisdom, Love, Clarity and Intuition: all ingredients that I mix with my rich background in the healing arts to support you in co-creating your Paradise or 5th Dimension, the Realm of Love, Infinite Possibilities and Unity Consciousness.

I work online with individuals, couples and families eager to shift their repetitive dynamics of struggle and limitation into love, ease and flow. One of the things we’ve come here to co-create – and maybe the dearest to our hearts- is an original and creative education, Rainbow Light School, for the New Earth rising now.
The foundation for this is “The travels of Palloncino” inspirational children book’s series.
At the end of 2021 we said yes to publishing the first 10 episodes that waited for 10 years to see the light (except for one).

The book series is not “just” 10 books: there are almost 40 written episodes in total and more stories to be written. With the ideas we have to develop, we can easily reach 50+ episodes. Yes, it’s already a cartoon!
We started with the first 10 stories as I had already illustrated them back then.
At the end of 2022 we said yes again to continue publishing from Episode 11 onward.

It meant start illustrating the new stories: I, Helen, was not sure I could draw again after all this time and so many episodes! But as soon as I said “yes, I’m ready to be of service”, inspiration hit me like a thunder: there are days that I cannot stop drawing!!! And I had to do a crush course on digital colouring, since Lorenzo did that on the first round and now was my turn;-)

Sometimes it seems such a big project to carry on…
But there are children waiting to read these stories and they’re “calling us”…

We are fully dedicated to write and draw these inspirational messages that flow to us like source water.
They are the books we wanted to read as kids…
They are the books that enchant us as adults, catapulting us in a magical world of rainbows…
They are uplifting and fun, creative vessels for empowering messages to support the children in their discovery of life, emotions, friends and their unique relationship with Source, the Light from which we all come here to remember how to co-create in partnership with the powers of the Universe within us.

A day in autumn a billy-goat arrived at our gate and though he was sent away from the people working in the property, he kept coming back for a few days. Finally, Olivier and I saw him and we allowed him to stay as he was so human friendly and he seemed to be lost and in need to put on some weight. Olivier suggested to tie him up to a tree, to avoid the garden devastation. We do not like to keep animals like this, so we started to walk him around the property with a rope. He followed like a dog and we immediately learnt what he liked: grape leaves, acorns, garden vegetables (he finished it off;-) and other greens. Arturo’s eating green tomatoes in the pic below.

Michele gave him the name Arturo and we all liked it, as it felt very appropriate to his character. Arturo liked to give headshots, especially to males, though Catherine was hit as well. I was lucky, I only got a couple of them in all the time he stayed, almost two months. I soon became his primary caretaker so he might treated me with a special regard;-) Oliver reported Arturo’s presence at the authorities so that we could find out where he came from. Then he left with Catherine to Belgium and I was in charge of Arturo with the help of Michele, a zoophile guard who lives in the village nearby. In the Chianti area of Tuscany, Italy, we do not have real “neighbours” as houses outside the villages are quite isolated and it’s a feat to reach them.

A fence was quickly built for Arturo so that he stayed at the tree only for a few days. Still, I did not feel good to keep him in the fence: he was so happy when I went there to free him up and it was hard to lock him again later on: he was crying whenever I left him. Weeks passed and nobody claimed him. The authorities came to see him and I made endless calls to farms near and far. We found many who would have made steaks out of him, but none would give him a home. Olivier wanted to keep him at Le Case, in the fence. I disagreed. I did not like the idea to keep him here alone. Moreover, I’ll not live here on a permanent basis and Catherine & Olivier only spend here a few months. Arturo would be all day alone in a fence hoping to see Michele who would come to feed him back and forth: not a great life for a billy-goat, I thought.

Remembering that we are vibrational beings, we can receive great support from Inspiration, in order to take inspired actions in our lives and to be clear about our intentions.

Discover the most natural and spontaneous approach to receiving impulses regarding something you want and you have asked for through the evaluation of your preferences. Creative ways to stay in touch with the FLOW of Inspiration and feel the energy that creates worlds within you, as you embody more and more your Divine Essence.

You have the power to direct your thoughts towards what you prefer and by practising that, you can make the most of your life experience. You’re naturally aligned to Inspiration, though you forget it when you offer your attention to situations or people that elicit reactions within you. It is part of the game, an eternal dance along the emotional scale. But in the long term, if you’re more focused on the unwanted instead of the wanted, you face a split in your energy since you’re resisting your natural well-being. A part of you would say: “But I’m only noticing reality”, forgetting that by doing so, you’re co-creating and cementing that reality while disconnecting from your heart’s desires. Remember that when you experience FLOW, it’s an indicator of the fact that you’re focusing on your real nature, Light. When you experience resistance you’re working very hard at going against your true essence and you feel depleted and stuck in your evolution. You can always turn towards the path of least resistance and live your experience more effortlessly.

Mintaka is a star in Orion’s belt and it is known as the Water Planet. I am a Starseed from Mintaka and I am a natural uplifter and life enthusiast like many other Mintakan’s Starseed, that have come here on Earth to spread love and light during this time of great transformation and Ascension.

Mintaka has a very high vibration of unconditional love and is like a Paradise. We cannot go back there and that’s why Mintakans have a deep longing for home and easily become nesters: they enjoy decorating their earthly homes since they miss their spiritual one. They also love to work from home (I do:-)
Mintakans are very attracted by the stars: as a child, I remember drawing the Universe with its galaxies, stars and me on the moon. It was my favorite theme to draw and it felt like my true home.

Crystal clear water is very present in Mintakan’s lives since they hold a deep memory of it. Mintaka was covered by crystal clear water and it was very healing. I ‘m so happy when I can immerse myself in crystal clear waters and I enjoy a footbath every night.
Mintakans are very curious and they are life long learners: they enjoy never-ending discoveries that lead to new ones and so on.
I feel a lot of Star Light coming to me and it is a beautiful gift to receive.
I get emotional when I acknowledge that our bright star no longer is, but the memory of the unconditional love and the beauty and harmony that was there is very alive within me and it allows me to shine my Light and inspire others to do so too.
My purpose here on Earth is to co-create a Paradise of joy, love, and freedom so that we can live a happy and fulfilled life.
